Hi there i bought my african grey in the beginning of the year from a Lady that didnt look after him and he did pluck out his feathers. He is such a treat but i work during the day and weekends i will be with him all the time. But it looks like his feather plucking is not improving.And my place is to small but he has a very big cage in my room where he can walk about and be outside of his cage.
